Local professional artist Nan Cooper has students busy conducting art studies. 

Update, Nov. 2

Under artist-in-residence Megan Cherry, students in the Arts Track have been making their own ropes (textile art) and have now created items with their rope. In this case, really beautiful baskets. But, as you can see, also costumes were created!

Our newest artist-in-residence is Megan Cherry, who is a specialist in textile arts. Here are her students making their own ropes, from everyday supplies, and which will later be turned into art objects.
